Dr. Henry Cheng

Dr. Cheng received his medical degree in 1978 at the University of Toronto. He received his specialty training
in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Manitoba and obtained his specialty certification in 1982.
He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Reproductive Immunology at the University of Manitoba
in 1986. He went to the Reproductive Biology Unit at the Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia
to learn IVF techniques in 1986. He received the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology - Ortho fellowship
Award in 1983 and the Medical Research Council (Canada) Fellowship Award from 1983-1986.

Dr. Cheng has been practicing in Brampton and Mississauga, Ontario since 1987 with a major emphasis on infertility.

He was the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Peel Memorial Hospital in Brampton from 1995 - 1999.
He was also Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the William Osler Health Centre (formerly the Etobicoke General
Hospital, Peel memorial Hospital and the Georgetown District Memorial Hospital) 1999 - 2005.
